INTRODUCING: Real Estate For Good

For nearly three decades, I've shown up for my community.

I spent 13 years on the boards of two nonprofits fighting cancer, Bear Necessities and Imerman Angles, and I've volunteered at St. Josaphat Church's Helping Hands soup kitchen for over 15 years, an effort I still show up for today.

So when I built Stefani Real Estate Group, I built it around that same idea, strengthening the community and giving back, not just closing deals. Which is why I created Real Estate for Good. And now, with the Real Estate for Good program, I'm making it official.

HOW IT WORKS

No deal is too big or too small to make a difference. A studio condo downtown, a multi-unit investment, it doesn't matter, every closing adds to the total. And the bigger the deal, the bigger the impact for the cause you choose. At closing, you choose which cause your deal supports. Select from one of the five organizations listed below, or any Chicagoland charity that means something to you. Either way,  your closing assists someone else's turning point. Upon the deal closing, I'll donate a portion of my commissions to the charity you've selected.

THE PROCESS

Let us know when you go under contract, not at closing. This gives us time to verify.

If you're selecting from one of the featured charities, inform me in writing via email. If you're selecting your own charty, provide the charity's name and EIN (tax ID) through the short online form. 

We'll confirm 501(c)(3) status if you're opting to select a charity that's not included in our list. 

You'll receive confirmation from us that your choice is approved before closing.

The donation is made after closing, tied to your specific transaction.
